Read the student handbook for all class and performance rules. Check girl/boy section to make sure you have what you need. **Some performances may require additional accessories that are not listed. If you are not sure if you have everything that you need, check with your teacher.

Appearance & Items that you will need:

for classes:
- Be on time
- NO GUM
- Respectful to teachers and classmates
- Hair up in a bun
- Black clothing
- top and bottom
- no jeans or shorts
- Folklorico Shoes (NO NAILS)
- NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CLASSROOMS
- Sealed bottle with lid OK
for performances:
- Be there one hour before start time
- Professional look and attitude
- Respectful to teachers, classmates, parents & volunteers
- NO GUM, EATING, DRINKING or RUNNING IN COSTUME

- Hair & Makeup done (see tutorial)
- Braid & Bloomers
- Bodysuit

- Nylons (suntan)
- Earrings
- Fan &/or beads
